Foi em 2013 que Nuno Pires e a sua esposa apostaram no cultivo, em terras alentejanas, de figueira-da-\u00edndia, uma planta de que tudo se aproveita: frutos, palmas, flores e sementes. \nOs nossos principais clientes s\u00e3o empresas da grande distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, tanto nacionais como internacionais, um sector onde se verifica uma cada vez maior apet\u00eancia pela compra de produtos frescos diretamente aos produtores, beneficiando assim o consumidor final n\u00e3o s\u00f3 em termos de qualidade\/frescura do produto como tamb\u00e9m de pre\u00e7o.<\/p>\n

Qual a express\u00e3o da exporta\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/strong>
\nA Di\u00e1logos do Bosque nasceu fundamentalmente focada na produ\u00e7\u00e3o e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de figo-da-\u00edndia destinado a exporta\u00e7\u00e3o. Contamos atingir este ano a meta de 70% da produ\u00e7\u00e3o exportada. O consumo de figo-da-\u00edndia est\u00e1 a aumentar em Portugal, pela divulga\u00e7\u00e3o levada a cabo nos \u00faltimos anos atrav\u00e9s de eventos, not\u00edcias e reportagens e, naturalmente, por m\u00e9rito das qualidades nutricionais e organol\u00e9ticas do fruto em si, mas n\u00e3o se afigura poss\u00edvel escoar apenas para o mercado interno toda a fruta que se produz e ir\u00e1 produzir a n\u00edvel nacional.
